It blends well with all spice, cardamom, cinnamon, dill weed, frankincense, lavender, lemon, lime, myrrh, rosemary, sage dalmation, sandalwood australian, and orange.
DIRECTIONS:
To create a powerful anti-aging blend, add 2 drops each of Elemi Oil, Lavender and Neroli to 4 teaspoons of a skin-supporting carrier oil such as Rosehip or Meadowfoam.
To relieve sore muscles, blend a few drops of Elemi Oil with a carrier oil and massage into affected areas. You can also diffuse Elemi Oil for 30 minutes during meditation or yoga practice.
Aromatic - Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 ml of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical - Dilute to 1-3% in a carrier.
