All shipping charges are non-refundable. True Aroma Living is only responsible for shipping the package. Any costs associated with invalid addresses, name changes, etc. will be billed back to the customer.


Our Return Policy

All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Thereafter, all sales are final. We guarantee satisfaction on every product we sell, and we will refund your purchase price in accordance with our return policy. If you need to return any item you purchased through our website, truearomaliving.com, the following is our return policy. Please note that not all products are covered by this policy. Clearly marked discontinued items will not be accepted for return. 

Defective products are allowed to be returned for replacement or credit within 14 days of date of purchase. All replacement items will be shipped after we have received and processed your defective return.

True Aroma Living will extend a refund of the purchase price of any products returned in all original packaging within 14 days, excluding shipping charges.

All returns must be in original packaging with all original packing materials. Partially used products are eligible for a refund. However, please note that empty containers are ineligible. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All returns sent back freight-collect will be refused.

Please send us an email to customerservice@truearomaliving.com or call us at 1-206-698-6001 (USA) or 1-778-772-6896 (Canada) to set up your return and get your RMA. Return authorization must be received within 10 business days from the date of purchase.

For approved returns, we will issue a credit within 24 – 48 hours via the same method of payment used for the order, or you may choose to exchange the item for other merchandise. You will be responsible for any shipping charges for the new items.

Returns could take up to 21 days to process. If a package is sent back to True Aroma Living as “Return to Sender” and True Aroma Living incurs a fee from the carrier, that fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are made by the original payment method. Should the original payment method be unable to accept the refund, a paper check will be issued and can take up to 30 days to process and be received.

In cases where we have shipped you an incorrect product, we may issue a call tag to have the item picked up. We will re-ship your order at our expense.

Upon acceptance of your shopping cart and the charges therein, your order is packaged and shipped as quickly as possible and therefore may not be canceled. If an order is refused upon delivery the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee of 12.5%.

We are unable to accept returns for special orders, sale products or drop-shipped items.

Please note, if you place your order directly through Amazon, those orders are subject to Amazon’s 30-day return policy. All of those return requests must be made directly through Amazon.
