DESCRIPTION:
Women’s Balance Essential Oil Blend contains powerful Palmarosa, soothing Lavender, Petitgrain, Clary Sage, Bourbon Geranium, Ylang Ylang Complete, Neroli, and much-loved Rose and Jasmine Absolute. These essential oils combine to create a lovely, calming floral blend.

Our Women’s Balance Essential Oil Blend was created to help women feel more emotionally balanced, especially during the mentally turbulent time around your menstrual cycle. Sometimes a simple sniff with your eyes closed can help you remain calm and in control of your emotions. This blend works together to relax, calm and restore balance to your body and mind. A balancing blend of relaxing Ylang Ylang, uplifting geranium, nurturing jasmine and rejuvenating Neroli and the rose and geranium help take the edge off emotions to support inner clarity and poise.

This is a perfect as hot flash rescue remedy. You can find relief in a flash to take care of the unwelcome heat and perspiration associated with hot flashes during menopause with this this cooling, balancing and uplifting blend. This also can work as transition hormonal support remedy, when in the winds of hormonal change blow, turn to this balancing blend of supportive essential oils to relieve troublesome menopausal symptoms like mood swings, hot flashes and mild anxiety. This is also a perfect for PMS relief remedy to put an end to discontent period such as a monthly mood swings and bloating. Find natural relief from premenstrual tension while soothing the emotions and lifting your mood.

DIRECTIONS:
Diffuse into the air, mix into a body oil or add a few drops to an Epsom salts bath. May also be added to your shampoo and conditioner or to other body care products. It makes a lovely perfume and/or body mist.

For topical use, dilute to 3%. Apply to lower abdomen, lower back, hips and thighs to support feelings of balance and comfort. Apply onto throat, back of neck and chest for a calming, soothing sensation and encourage feelings of comfort and well-being. Roll a few times these balancing essential oils to pulse points to perfume the skin and enhance mood and mindful reflection. Use at 3% in a massage oil for an invigorating and uplifting massage.

Add 7-12 drops to a full bath and swish to disperse well.
