Study Hard remedy is a blend of invigorating essential oils that can be applied easily to pulse points as a quick pick-me-up in times of study or intense concentration where a state of mental clarity is needed.

DIRECTIONS:
Add 5-10 drops to a personal aromatherapy inhaler or mix a 2-4% dilution with your favorite carrier oil and apply topically to your child’s chest, back of neck and/or wrist.

Add a few drops of this blend to your diffusers to create an atmosphere that is mentally energizing and stimulating state of mind. For children, we recommend diffusing for 30 minutes on and 30 minutes off.

For steam inhalation: add 10-25 drops to a bowl of steaming water; inhale deeply for 5-10 minutes.

For topical application: dilute to 2-4% (max up to 4%) with your favorite carrier oil or lotion. Apply to arms, palms, chest, temples, back of neck and/ or wrists and let the aromatic vapors carry you to promote a sense of balance and awareness. Roll a few times these balancing essential oils to pulse points to perfume the skin and enhance mood. For children ages 2 through 10, dilute to 1-2% max.

A blend of 100% pure, undiluted essential oils of Citrus aurantium (Petitgrain), Citrus bergamia (Bergamot), Cedrus atlantica (Cedarwood Atlas), Citrus paradisi (Grapefruit Pink), Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender), Vetiveria zizanoldes (Vetiver).

Apply to a small area of the forearms & wait 24 hours to check for a reaction before using elsewhere. Keep out of reach of children.
