DESCRIPTION:
The oils in this beautiful synergy help to reduce worry and its effects. This wonderful synergy assists you to achieve mental relaxation, helping you to feel more at ease and bringing about a sense of wellbeing.

DIRECTIONS:
For diffusion, massage, or body care products. Can also apply to wrists or temples. For topical use, dilute to 3-4%, apply to temples, wrists, or back of the neck.

INGREDIENTS:
A blend of 100% pure, undiluted essential oils of Citrus bergamia (Bergamot), Pogostemum cablin (Patchouli), Citrus sinensis (Blood Orange), Cananga odorata (Ylang Ylang Complete), Citrus paradisi (Grapefruit Pink).

CAUTIONS:
For external use only. If pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult your physician. Possible skin sensitivity. Apply to a small area of the forearms & wait 24 hours to check for a reaction before using elsewhere. Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant or under doctor's care consult your physician before use.
